I started Green Collar Operations with the simple goal of making homes in Austin, Texas more energy efficient. I have extensive background in energy efficiency and have been working on residential properties since the early 1990's. I hold both Building Performance Institute and NCI certifications, and am also licensed for Texas HVAC. Green Collar has received the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Century Club Award from 2009-2014 — 6 years in a row — and again in 2019 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy as one of the top home energy efficiency companies in the nation.

All of our technicians are experts in the field of energy efficiency. Our auditors hold certifications from organizations like the Building Performance Institute (BPI) and National Comfort Institute (NCI).
